Rim your glass with caramel sauce and dip rim in toasted coconut. Pour the milk to a high ball glass or mason jar.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut syrup and ice cubes to the glass. Put glass in freezer to keep cold while you make dalgona whipped coffee.⠀
Place 1/4 cup of espresso powder, 1/4 cup of boiling water, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl and mix vigorously until peaks form. Takes about 5 minutes with KitchenAid on high.⠀
Top whipped mixture onto milk mixture. Drizzle top with more caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, and toasted and/or regular coconut shreds. Then serve with a steel or glass straw to keep the drink extra cold.
